Siguen las especulaciones en foros españoles y marroquíes sobre el número final de sistemas antiaéreos Tunguska comprados por Marruecos.
Todo ello porque cada fuente da una cifra diferente.
Según army-technology.com: «Morocco ordered 12 Tunguska M1 systems in December 2004».
Según Army Guide: A contract for supply of six Tunguska-M1 systems to Morocco has been signed and will come into force in the nearest future.
Según el diario Kommersant: Last year Morocco bought 112 antiaircraft rocket-cannon complex Tunguska-M1 [$100 million].
La solución está precisamente en el valor del contrato.
Según Jane’s: A typical Tunguska-M1 battery consists of six 2S6M1 self-propelled air-defence vehicles, six reload vehicles, and associated support and maintenance vehicles. Sources disagree over the number of systems to be supplied to Morocco, which has been reported as six or 12. A reported unit price of around US$8 million to US$10 million for the original 2S6M version suggests that the smaller number is more likely.
